Coward County cops are real badass when it comes to harassing kids with pot or beer, rolling stop tickets, 5 mph over etc. After all they have shaved heads, one way sun glasses, and tactical mustaches. But when the chips were down they acted like nervous mounties, jumped off their whistles and blew their horses.
