BREAKING: An individual driving a passenger vehicle struck a security barrier near the White House at 17th & E.
UPDATE: The female driver of the vehicle was immediately apprehended by Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers.

“known” to the Secret Service and mental health issues 'known' to the SS is interesting. Mental health issues is obvious. People don't go around crashing barricades every day.
The question is, what did the SS do about the individual's mental health issues, that didn't work?

CNN’s report at 4PM EST said the woman was “known” to the Secret Service and mental health issues were apparently involved. Did they know her because they guarded her for eight years when her husband was president?
