Officials tell the Associated Press that the new US Embassy in Jerusalem will open much earlier than some had predicted. They're working to make the move by May 2018 in celebration of Israel's 70th anniversary.

Trump Trump Trump!
Open our embassy in Jerusalem on the 70th anniversary of the proclaiming of the State of Israel on May 14, 2018. WOW!
Arab heads will be exploding all across the Middle East.
More winning please!
Well.....This should make our May Pilgrimage to Israel more interesting.....
How is this even possible? Don’t they have to construct it first?
...or do they plan to move into existing office space while the embassy is being built?
Anybody know?
(I am delighted at the news, by the way, however it gets done.)
I assume it will be a temporary site with only limited functions there at first. It’s going to take years to build the kind of secure compound they will need.
Thanks stars & stripes forever./blockquote>

Meanwhile, the mealy-mouthed lying Russians won’t move their embassy, and only recognize western Jerusalem as Israel’s capital provisionally. They won’t move their embassy until there’s a peace agreement with the mass-murdering blood-soaked savages from the PLO, who were trained by the USSR.

Best News In Years
We can put up a tent for all I care... just DO it... on time.
A lot of things will be happening much earlier than some have predicted. And a lot of things will be happening that some (most) have not predicted.
The Redemption process has been unfolding in plain sight by way of America, while the end-times house-of-merchandize scholars keep on asking, "Where is America in Bible prophecy?".
Not that it stops them.
And for the mathematically-intrigued, there's this detail concerning the current Hebrew year 778:
It is written as tav shin ayin chet (תשע"ח), which have the word values of 406, 360, 130, and 418 respectively.
406 + 360 + 130 + 418 = 1314 = United States (ארצות הברית)
Just thought I'd toss that in.
And as long as I'm here,
Pakod Pakadti (פקד פקדתי) "I [the Lord] have surely visited you": 778
Past tense. It's not anything at all to "predict" the future when it has already happened.
Ex 3.16. Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say to them, The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared to me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:
Notice that while the 'secret code' of the Redemption is currently being discussed in terms of the past tense form, it is the future 3rd pers. form (pakod yifkod, פקד יפקד) that is the repeated key phrase.
פקד יפקד
It's an important distinction, because for one thing, pei yud spells the letter P, the 16th letter of the English alphabet. In the Hebrew alefbeit, the 16th is the letter ayin, which is 70.
Place code
A P-code, short for Place code, is a kind of addressing system used mostly by emergency response teams. It provides unique identifiers to thousands of locations and administrative units in a humanitarian operation. The p-codes are represented by combinations of letters and/or numbers to identify a specific location or feature on a map or within a database. These codes provide a systematic means of linking data to an unambiguous location. Any information that is tagged with P-codes can be combined and analyzed with any other p-coded data. The p-codes for a country can be found in the Common Operational Datasets, which are standard geographic references for the humanitarian community provided by UN OCHA:
The secret code is literally a P (פי) - code (קוד).
Furthermore, see also what is listed for the letter p:
Pence or "penny," the English slang for which is p (e.g. "20p" = 20 pence)
What's in a name? Remember what VP Pence recently recited to the Knesset in his speech about the embassy and the 70th anniversary:
Modern history
The Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel was publicly read in Tel Aviv on May 14, 1948, before the expiration of the British Mandate at midnight. After the first Prime Minister of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, read the Declaration of Independence, Rabbi Fishman recited the Shehecheyanu blessing, and the Declaration of Independence was signed. The ceremony concluded with the singing of "Hatikvah."
The letter ayin, 70, (or P in the English alphabet), is the 16th:
The sixteenth government of Israel was formed by Golda Meir on 10 March 1974, following the December 1973 elections. However, following Meir's resignation as Prime Minister on 11 April, it only remained in office until 3 June, and at just 85 days, was the shortest-lived government in Israeli political history.[1]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_government_of_Israel
The day President Trump was born, which was the traditional date for the birth and passing of Judah, the reading began with the "shortest book" in the Bible, at 85 letters, which is marked out by the pair of reversed nuns:
Num 10
35. And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Lord, and let your enemies be scattered; and let them who hate you flee before you:
36. And when it rested, he said, Return, O Lord, to the many thousands of Israel:
{quote|R. Shimon Ben Gamliel says: This section will be uprooted from its place and written in its rightful place in the future (but for now it is in its correct location). Why is it written here? So as to separate between first and second retribution [3]. Second retribution is "and the people grumbled". First retribution is "and they traveled from the mountain of G-d (i.e., they eagerly run away from G-d's presence)". Where is it its appropriate place? Rav Ashi says: "In the section dealing with the disposition of the Israelites according to their banners and their travelling arrangements" (Numbers 1:52-2:34, Shabbath 116a).
Aha, of course, in the section dealing with the disposition of the Israelites according to their banners...
Num 24
1. And when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness:
2. And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him:
3. And he took up his discourse, and said, The speech of Balaam, the son of Beor; the speech of a man whose eyes are open:
4. The speech of him who heard the words of God, who saw the vision of the Almighty falling down, but having his eyes open:
5. How goodly are your tents, O Jacob, and your tabernacles, O Israel:
As far as letter spellings go, the letter nun (נון) is a palindrome, spelled the same forward or reverse. But there's a paradox, because the final form of the letter is a different shape. Another case of the end enwedged in the beginning and the beginning in the end...
They just don't teach history anymore.
I've always liked jjotto's tagline; it's one of my favorites.:
"Ya could look it up!"
And don't skip a detail, because March 10, 1974, the beginning of the 16th government of Israel, was the date - the 16th of Adar - the rebuilding of the Jerusalem walls began (41 CE), and the "3rd Day" of Purim in Jerusalem, due to Shushan Purim having fallen out on Shabbat. So for "walled cities..", there's a third day.
Agrippa I, appointed by the Roman Emperor to rule over Judea, was pious and kind to his subjects. During his reign, the Jews began to prosper and live comfortably. The Sages of the time accorded him great respect.***Agrippa I started construction to repair, broaden and heighten the walls around Jerusalem. The Romans, wary of the Jews' rising prosperity, placed many obstacles in his way. Nonetheless, the wall was completed, though the finished product was not as magnificent as originally planned.
The 16th of Adar, the day when the construction commenced, was instituted to be a joyous day.
Pi-code, grammar is important:
פִּי (pi) m sg cons.
1.Singular construct form of פֶּה (pe).
2.Singular form of פֶּה (pe) with first-person singular personal pronoun as possessor.
Don't miss etymologies 1 AND 2, and the "see also" instruction at the top of that page. It's a red (i.e. DOA) link. What it (פ״ה) is, is the number/numeral 85.
This upcoming 16th of Adar is a Sabbath, the third day... of March. The Torah portion is Ki Tisa, which opens up with the cure being set in place before the disease, the rectification before the problem. Meaning, the half shekel coin of atonement was placed in the narrative ahead of the sin of the golden calf.
Half-shekel coin bears profile of Trump
And there's Elijah, in the day's Haftarah, telling people that they need to make up their minds.
Just announced, the embassy will be moved May 14, 2018.
It was an easy move, we have had a full consulate there for many years.
Israel’s birthday this year falls on April 19th in accordance with the Hebrew Calendar.
Its rarely celebrated on Iyar 6 due to the desire to avoid desecrating the Sabbath.
So in some years, it could be celebrated before or after the official date.
we have a consulate there already.
More on the consulate. The consulate is near the Damascus gate to the old city and the arab quarter. There are middle class residences n the neighborhood and a commercial district.
Christian Armenians do perimeter security and greet you when you walk by or come to enter the compound.
On the corners are large kiosks with israeli soldiers which full armament. Inside, as with all embassies, are US marines providing internal security.
Muzztards explode all the time, already.
The consulate will probably move to Tel Aviv.
According to news reports, at least 10 other countries are close to moving their embassies to Jerusalem.
makes sense plus the beach is nice.
