I created this. It illustrates the dozens of systemic failures around the Florida school shooting.
But the conclusion for liberals?
"LET'S BLAME GUNS!"

You nailed it Laz.
There were dozens of opportunities to arrest/commit/incarcerate this dangerously mentally ill young man. This mass shooting could have prevented, the adults in charge failed miserably. There are no existing nor new gun laws that vould have made up for the negligence of the adults in charge.

I don’t know, HIPAA prevents anyone from sharing that. However, it’s been reported, repeatedly, that he was under psychiatric care (and had left that treatment against medical advice).

One more diamond. On 24 September 2017, YouTube user "Nikolas Cruz" (yes! his real name!) announces that he's "going to be a professional school shooter." FBI notified. No follow up.
From Buzzfeed:
Last fall, a Mississippi bail bondsman and frequent YouTube vlogger noticed an alarming comment left on one of his videos. "I'm going to be a professional school shooter," said a user named Nikolas Cruz. The YouTuber, 36-year-old Ben Bennight, alerted the FBI, emailing a screenshot of the comment and calling the bureau's Mississippi field office. He also flagged the comment to YouTube, which removed it from the video.
Agents with the bureau's Mississippi field office got back to him "immediately," Bennight said, and conducted an in-person interview the following day, on Sept. 25.
"They came to my office the next morning and asked me if I knew anything about the person," Bennight told BuzzFeed News. "I didn't. They took a copy of the screenshot and that was the last I heard from them."
