A law enforcement official says he knows of “no known ties” between the suspect who confessed to a deadly mass shooting at a Florida high school and a white supremacist group.
Lt. Grady Jordan is a spokesman for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office in Tallahassee, where the white nationalist militia known as the Republic of Florida is based. Jordan said Thursday that his office has arrested militia leader Jordan Jereb at least four times since January 2014 and has been monitoring the group’s membership.
He says his office has “very solid” information on the group and “there’s no known ties that we have that we can connect” 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz with the group.

Maybe he’s a Republican Senator from Texas?
Maybe they want to associate this incident with Ted Cruz to subliminally undermine him?
Next they’ll accuse Trump of tricking them into doing just that?
Initial reports were incorrect, as are many in such situations, and had him identified as Nicolas de Jesus Cruz – a different person who was born in May 1998 whereas Nikolas Jacob Cruz was born in September 1998. Someone with the name Nicolas Cruz with a DOB of May 1998 is registered as a Democrat in Florida, but there is no voter registration in Florida for anyone named Nikolas Jacob Cruz born September 1998.
Nikolas Cruz and his brother were legally adopted when they were very young, Nikolas was an infant, by Roger and Lynda Cruz originally from LI, NY so it is unlikely he is a DACA recipient or an illegal.
It is not known who his birth parents are so it is uncertain even if his is biologically Hispanic. I would also point out the Cruz is not an uncommon name and while found among many Hispanics, it is a Spanish or Portuguese in origin and is also a surname not uncommon in the Philippines.

I wonder how a couple of people in their late 40’s came to adopt two very small children.
While many adoption agencies give preference to younger couples, especially for infants, it could have been a private or international adoption.
In the early 90’s my husband who was 41 at the time and I who was 32 looked into and tried, sadly unsuccessfully, to adopt as we couldn’t have children of our own.
Some domestic adoption agencies including state agencies said my husband was either too old or that it would be more difficult for us. But at the time it was much easier to adopt from abroad and at the time a lot of adoptions by US couples were being made in Romania, Russia, Korea, Colombia, and the age of the adopted parents was not so much an issue as long as you had the money to pay and met income requirements and a very basic background check and in some cases such as Colombia, at least on parent had to travel there and stay sometimes for weeks or months while the adoption was finalized.
We knew a couple who adopted an infant from Korea when they were both in their mid-40’s. And they didn’t even have to travel, they met their adopted daughter at the airport when she arrived accompanied by someone from the international adoption agency.
We looked into private adoption and yes, sometimes the birth mother considers age, but not always.
Single people and even gays can adopt infants now days. How old was Madonna or Angelina Jolie when they last adopted?
1) Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Scott Israel want to have a school shooting in their county(Shooting happened in Florida’s 23rd Congressional District home to DWS).
2) Alphabet Soup gets a tip on a “suspicious comment” that N. Cruz made about wanting to be a “professional school shooter”.
3) Alphabet Soup says they can’t verify it and leave him in place to become the patsy.
4) Date & time of shooting is selected by DWS and Scott Israel.
5) Feb 14th – Something causes Cruz to show up on campus(not sure why).
6) Hired team of 2-3 shooters goes into the school and kills some kids with Cruz present.
7) Alexa Miednik (Blonde witness) sees Cruz during the evacuation and speaks to him while hearing shots fired elsewhere on campus.
8) For unknown reasons, hired shooters fail to execute Cruz and stage his suicide.
9) Students are evacuated and Cruz leaves campus in the shuffle.
10) Cruz decides to go get something to eat at McDonald’s/Subway without knowing he is the pre-selected patsy.
11) FBI/Police arrest him at his home after he finishes eating as he has been pre-selected to be the “shooter”.
12) They spend the night MKUltraing him convincing him that he has done the crime.
13) Feb 15th – Cruz pleads guilty to 17 counts of premeditated homicide due to MKUltra.

The "Newsmedia" like the Democrat Party, whose propaganda machine it is, is utterly immoral.
That whole story on the HEAVY.COM link just smells funny. I’m unfamiliar with this outfit, but sentences in the article like “After his mom died, Nikolas and his brother stayed with friends in Lake Worth after their mom died” doesn’t give me a high level confidence of the quality of their organization.
Compare and contrast exercise: within 24 hours of the Las Vegas shooting, in spite of scared-sh*tless LV Sheriff, we knew the alleged shooter’s name, full employment history, hobbies, the name and world location of his girlfriend, where he grew up, who his brother was, and his brother had had a microphone shoved in his face on camera for comment.
What comparative detail exists for this 19-year old assclown? < Crickets >.
None of the fake news media has yet effectively made up the narrative, other than to cover up the middle name..
This current situation, when compared to the last major mass murder, says one thing: there is some element of the background to hide from widespread public knowledge.
Logical theory is his immigration status. To me, until a US birth certificate is revealed or quoted by multiple sources, this murderer is a DREAMER.
You believe that because that is what you want to believe. His birth parents could be found, a US birth certificate could be produced and you still wouldn't believe it.
When a suspect with a name like Mohammed Al-Islam is arrested for a mass shooting or a bombing, the media tells us that we shouldn't rush to conclusions about Islamism being his motive. When it's revealed that the shooter or bomber is an Islamist, the media spins the story to say that the perp isn't practicing "authentic" Islam.
Similarly, when a black thug shoots a cop or beats up an elderly white person, never once is his race or racial motive mentioned. The perp is always just a "youth" in the headlines.
In contrast, as soon as a mass shooter with fair skin and features is arrested, you can barely count the milliseconds before the media begins speculation about "white supremacist ties." When no such ties are found, or when the perp is revealed to be an Antifa-type leftist, no presstitute is ever held accountable for making things up to fit their ideological narratives.

To quote Tom Cruise questioning Jack Nicholson in “A Few Good Men”, “I want the Truth”. You are apparently being Nicholson saying “You can’t handle the Truth” (just before he is marched off to the brig).
What I really want is a media who isn’t covering up a possible, or logical, immigration status of a sick mass-murderer because it has impact at a critical time for that particular element of public policy.
Of course, wanting straight, non-ideological investigative reporting out of the fake newsers is a pipe dream. I will believe information that deserves belief after some poking and probing, if/when it makes it into the sunlight.
