The fix was in with Sessions as AG...His choice of Rosenstein as DAG, then his recusal leaving RR and Mueller in charge of the DOJ.

What chaps my hide is I strongly suspect that sessions knew and had planned To recuse himself before accepting the nomination. He did such a disservice to PDJT when he asked for and received the AG nomination.
