A 52-year-old male elementary school principal has announced he is now transgender and will begin dressing as a woman at school. Tom Daniels, principal of Stanley School in Swampscott, Massachusetts, said in a letter to the school community that was forwarded to the Boston Globe, “I am transgender. For me, that means I identify as both a male and female, and I plan to move toward presenting myself and identifying as female.”
Daniels says he will now be known as “Shannon,” a name common to both males and females, “perfectly denoting my fluid gender identity.”
He also indicated in his letter he prefers to have others use the pronouns “he,” “she” and “they” when referring to him.
“As I nurture my new identity, I will most likely be presenting myself differently,” Daniels continued. “I will do everything in my power to ensure that there is no negative impact on our school community.”
According to Salem News, Daniels said he woke up one morning and asked himself, “Who am I and what do I want?”

Oh Mr Binary Gender. Just how is a “woman” supposed to dress?
They are going to be financial partners, enjoying the winnings from the lawsuit they will file. They are scammers and they know they will win this lawsuit. The leftists have boxed themselves into a corner with this bullsh*t.
I wonder how well the school is doing. If the school is starting to slip in ratings (or is already down near the bottom of the scores for the district) the principal is probably on the bubble. He may already have had to go before the Superintendent to explain the school’s performance, and may be seeing the writing on the wall for his job. He’s in his 50s, so odds of him being able to land another administrative job if he’s dumped from this one are probably slim, despite all the age discrimination regs.
So this is his way of trying to protect himself. By “coming out” he now adds a layer of victimhood, and if it looks like formal dismissal proceedings are in the offing, he can now claim that they’re really dumping him because of his newfound orientation rather than any performance issues, and that performance is just the excuse.
This is probably why his wife is staying with him. She knows it’s all a scam to protect him until he can retire.
Too late - and impossible to do, anyway.
This cat might as well say, "I am mentally ill and should be fired immediately as I have no business being around children of any age".
One of N reasons (where N is a very large number) why folks who care about their children’s education should avoid public schools like the plague.
If he is male on his employment application, he should now be fired for lying on it.
No sale and get your young children out of that school.

I fear he has arrived at the wrong conclusion. This blurring of the genders is straight out of hell IMO.
Checking the school, it looks like it’s the top-rated for the district, so maybe he’s just trying to cement his position?
Also, given how “Progressive” Mass is, this may win some extra kudos from lefty parents.
Thirty or forty years ago, when guys his age woke up one day and wondered “what do I want”, it was a Jag XKE or a Cessna or something.
Who knows, they’re liberals. Anything is possible.
