Over the summer, Geoffrey Knight is in bed with a woman he is dating. He puts his hand on her breast, and she swats it away. You need to ask before you touch me, he recalls her saying. Knight apologizes, saying he had assumed it was okay because they had just had sex. You should never make that assumption, she retorts. Flash-forward a few months, and Knight, a 25-year-old Washingtonian, is sleeping with someone new. He is asking Can I touch you here? Can I do this? every step of the way, and his partner wants to know what is with all the questions. She prefers a more proactive approach.

Bet they’re complaining to their female friends that their boyfriends just aren’t spontaneous enough.
The Me Too BS isn’t about dating. It’s about doing stupid shit at work.
If you are not sure how to proceed on a date, you are probably not whipping your junk out at work.
Very low on my priority list: worrying about how to resolve disputes amongst the promiscuous.
Just don’t fornicate, Jeff.
Ignoring the issues of promiscuity, this man dodged an absolute disaster. This woman will soon be some unfortunate man's ex-wife, and she'll make all the other ex-wives he hears about seem mild. [Note: I am married, my first and only marriage, and I am startled but eternally grateful that my much younger self had good taste in dating and in marriage.]
Sissy...
I am not gonna play 20 questions, followed by the bonus round of 20 more questions with anyone.
If this is a mutual interest thing the only real question is going to be in the morning “I’m going to make breakfast or do you want to go to Denny’s?”
How about: Good morning - hop in the truck and we’ll get some country fried steak and biscuits.
Easy peasy.
Mental image of man jumping out of window, changing phone number, changing name and moving 1,000 miles away. "Flash-forward a few months"...
Honestly, if I had waited and just gotten married, and the woman acted like Booty-Call #1, I'd file for divorce immediately.
Done....and I don’t even know you ....LOL!
On the positive side, ex-wives are soon to be a thing of the past. Cat ladies are the future.
The more, the merrier :o)
Which makes me think. Time does curious things, at times flowing quietly like a deep river and at other times twisting and churning like rapids. The Boomer generation, for instance. A serious deviation in trend. It seems to me, like the Boomer generation we are seeing a trend in Cat Ladies that is unusual but for all their screeching is self limited unlike the Boomers because they are a dead end.
This is all by design: Creating a wedge along gender lines, to go along with the wedges created along ethnic, class, religious lines. A strategy that allows a small population to control a MUCH larger one - and in this case, to return women to the Democratic fold after Trump carried white women RUNNING AGAINST A WHITE WOMAN.
How many married guys does this happen to?
There is no short term fix.
The long term fix is to repeal the 19th.
They don’t have any business voting.
Should be:
He has thought about how men women have the power in courtship, and with that, the ability to abuse it.
There, fixed it.
Frankly I think we’re already there; I work with more “cat ladies” than ex-wives. NJ.com recently had a story about where the single people live in NJ (as though it was a dating tip), but it listed all the ghettoes first - people there simply don’t marry anyway. Beyond them, it was clear that for the dwindling number of young whites in NJ, marriage is off the table - so much so that the state government recently began reviewing the laws governing divorce (specifically “alimony for life”) because as liberal as they are, they are realizing that marriage is basically dead within a generation or two of the “sexual revolution” - and the consequences are devastating. We are importing children from the Third World because we produce few to none, and these people DO NOT assimilate - and the Americans being taxed for their upkeep are fleeing in droves.
I’ve been married a long time; I couldn’t imagine being a young man today in terms of dating/marriage.
the moral of this nonsense is to only date Helen Keller types...
