A congressman on the House Intelligence Committee claims the court that oversees warrant applications for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act knew of the political origins of the "Trump dossier."
According to a transcript of a Monday night meeting, Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn., said there is something in the Democratic members own intelligence memo that shows the FISA court judge was alerted that the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele, was commissioned by opposition research group Fusion GPS, which was paid in part by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clintons campaign...

It could be due to the rising heat. Not all rats will go down with the ship, and are squirming for improved positions after the circus tent comes down.
I agree, but with this article, the issue is whether the FISA application gave the judge the info cited or not.
I suspect it didn’t, but Himes says it did.
Ok it is time to unmask this fisa judge or judges so we the people can judge their fairness based on their political connections and beliefs....whole process stinks like 3 day old fish on a riverbank in the summer....
Thanks for some reality versus the Gang banging of Sessions.

The judge needs to be named, shamed and prosecuted.
Yel
I love your tagline!
I think everyone is missing the point wrt page 5 of the pencilneck memo. That is going to be Hillary and Obama’s way out. “Law enforcement always tries to get to the facts, even if they have to pay for the evidence. They do it all the time. In this case, the evidence just happened to come from Hillary and Obama’s people. What is wrong with that?”
aren’t most of the FISA judges Obama appointees ?
...from earth??? Just askin’...
A judge committing criminal behavior must be locked up. Immediately. Not impeached.
Thank you. I made it (the tagline) myself. Haven’t changed it in years. It stuck.
I can’t seem to read the article. Seems there’s a server problem at the Washington Examiner. Funny timing.
So the judge was corrupt too - that makes me feel lots better.....
And there's probably a hundred or so that should go.
Implicates the judge and thinks he’s bolstering the Dem case.....priceless!
