Me too. I think he was so protected for so long, since he was doing his master’s (or his mistress’) bidding, that he really thinks he’s untouchable...even through practically everything he did was illegal and contaminated.
What made me stop and think about the guy's mental state is when he apologized to everyone at the agency that he couldn't say goodbye properly.
It's not like he went to prison. They can have a big party for him if they want.
But the truth is, he was let go for several reasons and everyone knows it. I don't see agents flocking to his side.
