You all need to screen capture the Drudge front page...
He’s got the FBI/DOJ Logo with the word in bold DISGRACE under it.

Let’s give em some well deserved exposure.

When the court was founded, it was composed of seven federal district judges appointed by the Chief Justice of the United States, each serving a seven-year term, with one judge being appointed each year.

In 2001, the USA PATRIOT Act expanded the court from seven to eleven judges, and required that at least three of the Court's judges live within twenty miles (32 km) of the District of Columbia.
No judge may be appointed to this court more than once, and no judge may be appointed to both the Court of Review and the FISA court.

As of 2017, Chief Justice John Roberts has appointed all of the current judges,
four of whom were nominated to their District Court judgeships by a Democratic President.[2]

The memo also exposes sensitive “sources and methods.” Turns out the “premier law enforcement agency in the world” relies on Yahoo news as the basis for their FISA warrant applications.

Why did they do this?

Because they're all Made Men, that's why. Our government has essentially devolved into nothing more than an organized criminal enterprise.

If they can cut this off by making McCabe walk the plank, they will be getting off easy.

I don't think that will be enough to satisfy.

McCabe is caught because of his signature on a FISA warrant, but not the first one. Comey signed the original, that started the illegal wiretaps. McCabe and three others signed extensions to continue the investigation. All should be investigated.

Fusion GPS gathered the fraudulent evidence that formed a basis for the FISA wiretaps, they need to be grilled. Along with the people who hired them, Team Hillary and the DNC.

Whose idea (illegal surveillance) was this originally? Maybe those retrieved e-mails have something to say about that?

The “fix” on Roberts by obamaumao, still in place... same one that caused “obamaumaocare” legal reversal. Interesting. Will Roberts ever be able to come out from under the blackmail from obamaumao?

That’s it??????????

Here's the crime.

The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.

Would not be too quick to condemn

As AG, Jeff Sessions has the highest level security clearance, so has access to all of the information the House Intelligence Committee has, possibly even more

Sessions has been fully apprised of the rot and treason going on at the highest levels of our government since taking office, yet has sat mute, doing nothing, while better men did the right and courageous thing in casting sunlight on these crimes.

Yes, I do condemn him.

"Does this not immediately render the Mueller investigation illegitimate and unnecessary?"

No it doesn't. The creation of the Mueller investigation was triggered by the Comey classified document release. He should have been previously prosecuted for that criminal act which he admitted before Congress, but the criminal conspiracy of hiding that fact with his lawyer/university professor will require some further work.

As far as I can tell the memo reveals criminal acts by McCabe and the DOJ director/acting directors in signing off on the petition to the FISA Court since they knew or should have known about Ohr's relationship with Steele and the stated bias of Steele making his work of dubious quality. They failed to show mitigating facts to the judge which would disclose the political connections to the Steele Dossier. Keep in mind that the original FISA Court petition was on October 21, 2016 and it was renewed three times which brings us to late summer 2017. That means the FBI/DOJ was still surveilling former ( and potentially current?) members of the Trump presidency until that time. How any FISA Court judge could be that clueless as to continue granting these petitions of a sitting president and his men is shocking. That is the surprising revelation to me.

The next step IMO is at the NSA to see what was captured by the intelligence agencies, who was unmasked and where did that information go. That would show the criminal intent on their part in surveillance of a sitting president using faulty justification from the very beginning.

If any of that captured information was revealed to the Mueller Investigation (betting dollars to donuts it was) it would make prosecution using that information very difficult. If crimes are found on the part of the president it does not prevent use of that information in an impeachment proceeding, but legal prosecution would be in doubt.

I see nothing which endangers national security in any part of the memo. Wray's actions to block revelation of the memo is bordering on a criminal act IMO and unless the "Democrat Memo" shows some of these material facts to be in error he deserves to be dismissed.

What we'll see now is a lot of finger-pointing and eventual prison for Comey and his friends.

The Dims will have to ask themselves: "How much do I hate Donald Trump?" If they really, really hate him, they'll be willing to do prison time. I don't see that happening. Like you, I expect we'll see finger-pointing, which will morph into a few immunity deals. Who will ask for one first?

How about we ID Rosenstein as the causative agent of this
compromising, slick smug bastard that he is. It’s not as simple within the purview of what he could do. The shakedown to get him to recuse himself is another “fruit of the poisoned tree” and rosenstein should be toast for that and the renewal of the fake Page Fisa warrant— he’s dirty. Clearly, Sessions needs to unrecuse, now without delay.

Right now it looks like McCabe is going to be the fall guy. Now the question is who he takes with him for a lighter sentence.

I expect to see the main characters rush to be the first to get immunity. Looking at a long prison sentence will loosen any tongue. They may hate Donald Trump, but do the LOVE Hillary enough to go to prison for her?

" They may hate Donald Trump, but do the LOVE Hillary enough to go to prison for her?

Sadly I do not see any direct connection to Clinton/Obummer. Blind allegiance is not culpable upon those two. Now if someone is willing to hand an investigator a smoking gun it might earn them a get out of jail card.....?

Rosenstein signed off on at least one of those FISA renewals and his resignation should be asked for by the president IMO. Comey should be indicted at the earliest possible moment if they can show he knew of the political connections since he has already testified to Congress that the dossier was salacious and unverified at late as June 2017. Comey signed the first three FISA petitions knowing full well that the information used to obtain them was unverified.
