Per the memo: Steele was suspended by the FBI for unauthorized disclosures to the media.
FWIW, I don’t buy that. The Feebs may have offered that as a pretext, but I wouldn’t accept that explanation.

Clinton/Obama DOJ/FBI kept the wiretaps going after Trump became president......they were fishing for dirt in the hopes of finding something they could use to impeach him with!
Trump can replace both of them.
Also, remember the DOJ IG report will be coming out in the next
couple months. It will be hard to discredit his report.
Now that I’ve read the memo, they could have released this ten minutes after the vote earlier this week.
