Presidents don’t win fights with the FBI. Donald Trump apparently wants to learn this lesson the hard way.
Most presidents have had the sense not to bully the FBI by defaming its leaders and — ridiculously — painting its agents as leftist political hacks. Most members of Congress have also understood how unwise it would be to pull such stunts. But Trump and his hapless henchmen on Capitol Hill, led by Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), have chosen the wrong enemy. History strongly suggests they will be sorry.

Trump and his minions seem to think they can out-leak the FBI. Obviously they haven’t been paying attention.

Schumer said the same thing, the same warning, a year ago. This is incredible. There was a time when the Dems were fighting the intel community. What the hell would Frank Church say when the most prominent Senate Dem and a leading Left wing Black journalist positively boast about the power of the intel community. Couple that with the McCarthy style Russia theme that the Left decried 50 years ago and we are living in an alternate universe.

Sean Hannity has a direct link to Julian Assange, a well known American patriot. Fortunately, Assange and Russia can help Trump adviser Hannity to crush the wicked CIA, FBI, DoJ, and DoD. The Deep State must be destroyed. Assange/Hannity operatives understand that the only way to save conservatism is to destroy its most conservative organizations. Once Assange/Hannity guidance is available, drilled and docile members selected as the replacement members of the new organizations will simply be required to pledge allegiance to Trump instead of the antiquated idea or the constitution.

The entire premise of this article should send chills up any normal American’s spine.
Other people have said roughly the same things about the CIA and NSA and other Intel agencies (”Don’t screw with them, they’ll ruin any politician who messes with them”).
Do we want to live in a country where certain executive branch Federal agencies are essentially out of control and do not acknowledge that the President is their boss and that Congress oversees them?
Would Mr. Robinson be singing the same tune if a cabal of generals and admirals in the Pentagon decided they could do their own thing regardless of what the President said?

In Dec of 1972 Dorothy Hunt was on UA Flight 553 to Chicago O'Hare:
The aircraft inexplicably crashed into 5 houses below, killing 2 on the ground and 43 of the 61 passengers aboard, including Hunt, who the FBI determined had been carrying a large amount of cash when the sudden and inexplicable crash transpired.
Numerous observers noted that the FBI response time for this crash was lightning fast --they entered the control tower and isolated the audio tapes even before the NTSB had arrived.
They also arrived on the crash scene before the NTSB and were first to locate the black boxes.
