Releasing the names is a threat to the people who are named.

Methods and sources are their concern. Those are both normal concerns of any intel operation. This situation should not allow them that kind of coverage because these are central to why the memo needs to become public. These are the specific areas where they have violated the trust of the American people and the law.
Americans need to see what these people did and who the people are that did it.
