On CNN this morning, commenting on Nancy Pelosi’s sour expression during President Trump’s State of the Union speech, Cuomo said:
“I’ve never seen Nancy Pelosi’s face look like that.”

In the interview clip he did with her, day before yesterday, where she told him that he didn’t “know what he was talking about”, she did screw up her mouth like that while he was talking, and then let him have it.
A new tic, perhaps, when she’s mad?
