Hell, not just guests, that miserable coven of loons in black need thoroughly checked too .. but the folks assigned that duty should get, like, quadruple pay for same.

He actually was just talking about disallowing members of Congress from bringing in their coats/books etc - they were using them to save seats. I guess they vacate the entire chamber for a final sweep and the members were leaving things to save the aisle seats. So he put a stop to that and listed who was where before vacating and then let those folks in first - but they couldn’t bring stuff in anymore because it would have to be gone through during the sweep.
