He actually was just talking about disallowing members of Congress from bringing in their coats/books etc - they were using them to save seats. I guess they vacate the entire chamber for a final sweep and the members were leaving things to save the aisle seats. So he put a stop to that and listed who was where before vacating and then let those folks in first - but they couldn’t bring stuff in anymore because it would have to be gone through during the sweep.

Guy just said the target on 9/11 wasn’t the capitol but that it wasn’t found out for a year or so. WOW I hadn’t heard that before. Assume he’s referring to the one that went down in PA.
