FOX and Friends host Pete Hegseth the release may be on Monday.
Sara Carter: We know that probably within the week, now Im not guessing tomorrow. Ive been hearing different things. The House Intelligence Committee will go to a vote on this first. This is what has to happen first. We know that the president right now, according to my sources, is not going to reject to the release of the memo and I think thats whats most important here.

As far as I can tell from a quick read of the Rules of the House of Representatives regarding committee votes, if all the Dims on the committee boycott the vote, the only requirement is that a majority of the members are present. There does not seem to be a requirement that any of the minority members are present.
So there is that.
I think Trump oughta hold it up at the SOU and say “WTF? WTF is this?”
And let the chips fall where they may!
Trump "trumps" Jeffie.
For those busy who may have missed it, I've heard The Memo is four pages mainly gleaned from the 99 page FISA memo released last May, 2017. It was swept under the rug and most people haven't heard of it:
The 99 Page FISA Memorandum and Opinion Order
I bet one of the things in The Memo is a reference to the 85% of the FISA requests were "not compliant with the applicable minimization standards". When and by whom?
Here's a screen shot of the 85% mention in the 99 Page FISA document:
I also read somewhere that Fusion GPS or some contractor was given carte blanche access to make unmasking requests. Is this why Samantha Power said most of the requests in her name were not made by her? Or is she just lying? A lot of smoke here. I hope The Memo clears a lot of this up.
We need a new Special Counsel. Let the indictments begin. All of them including Obama!
+1
And when other guilty RATs and Black Caucasians start boisterously whacking out...round them up too.
Trump: "This is what draining the swamp looks like."
So what happened to the 19 days claimed previously?
Was Fusion GPS Allowed to Run Unsupervised FISA-702 Queries?
The comment, ". . certain contractors has access to raw FISA information on FBI storage systems" is cogent.
One of the comments at the blog: "Even if the contractor was not Fusion GPS, is not giving unfettered access to an outside contractor a bad thing? The document says the contractor was given far more data than needed to do their analysis. Thats a problem no matter who the contractor was."
Another source for the 99 page memo, Judicial Watch: Top Secret 99 Page FISA Court Order
Let’s hope so. Peter King may vote no. And the full court press is on to let the fib redact I mean review it before the vote. Which is as good as kissing it goodbye.
Trump can let the FIB review it AFTER the comittee vote. If he wants. Then over ride their predictable cya move.
Rumor has that Rosenstein is directly named in the memo. And not in a good way. So the FIB is in a panic.
I would assume it means they don’t have to fight to get a majority vote in committee, and that they’re certain Trump will turn the request for approval around almost instantly.
I wish something would happen. Seems like the deep state is still fully employed.
I suspect that Nunez is wanting to refer some conspirators for prosecution. At this point, Im not sure who he would refer them to.
But to that end, he needs more public acceptance of the need and the rightness from the public toward doing that. Releasing the unredacted memo might accomplish that.

Retaliate, against the boss, against Donald Trump? Are you kidding?
He can fire them, he can order them arrested, he can decertify the unions, and Congress can defund the treasonous bastards.
They should just kill-off the FBI and create a completely new investigative unit with all new, vetted and fewer agents.
The old rank and file members can re-apply, but should be subject to an intense partisan vetting exam process.
Why isn't there a standard by which, after a certain number of unConstitutional or unlawful decisions, the RAT-hack loses his judgeship....forever.
Thanks for that explanation.
They are holding out on the memo based on the classification, saying that it would reveal methods and sources. Trump can declassify the document because he is the top classification authority. They can still choose not to release it and then it still falls on the house to give it up as no longer classified.
You are completely incorrect....if they give it to him he can sidestep everything and declassified it. He is the ultimate classification authority. Period.
