That cup of Starbucks could be declared an official cancer risk in California.
It all depends on what a judge has to say after taking a hard look at Proposition 65, the "Safe Water and Toxic Enforcement Act" passed in 1986, which requires businesses and public places to post warnings about possible cancer risks.

This is a mentally ill state. Please, I hope they secede.

CA priority:
Find taxes where ever possible, to pay for the non-productive and drive the productive out of the state.
(gotta declare coffee a risk to justify taxing it more)

California may label coffee a cancer risk As a carcinogen, would coffee be banned in "The Sanctuary State", or would they allow it in, but only after being HEAVILY taxed?

In California, everything is carcinogenic, the warnings tell you so. May have something to do with the polluted air, which also causes mental illness and gender confusion.

Go to jail for drinking coffee or using a straw, but be praised for smoking pot. Fits the same mentality as killing babies while letting convicted killers live.

"Make coffee a disease? What genius thought this one up?"
It worked for cigarettes. Now they can tax coffee more.
