I had to read it three times but yes, you are correct. Q did predict on 10/31 Podesta’s arrest for 11/3 and Huma’s for 11/6. Well done and thank you for reading the text. My confusion was with the issue that the prediction was made on 11/3, but nevertheless I admit when I am wrong.

There's really no helping fantasywriter, many have tried on these threads and they continue to be combative for some reason.
What fantasywriter fails to see, if they did any research like they claimed, is Q early on claimed that 80% of what is going on behind the scenes, we would not hear about. He has since said it is 60% or more. So those indictments could have happened on those dates and have not been made public. We do know the indictments are there. There have been some reports a few corruptocrats are wearing law enforcement ankle bracelets so it's still quite possible, these things have happened.

There is a difference.
"Arrest" is to take into custody.
"Indict" is when a prosecutor presents evidence to a Grand Jury and the Grand Jury returns a "True Bill" (as opposed to a "No Bill") meaning they have been persuaded there is more or less prima facie evidence of a case. The person indicted need not actually be arrested at this point.
