Republicans should call the bluff and release all underlying material. There is no national security reason to keep anything secret. eg If the Russians were involved, and hacked various players, and colluded, then the Russians already know more than we do. If the Russians are not involved, then there is no national security interest.
Trump and Congress both should release all the documents, everything.

Republicans are in control of this Congressional Committee so it is the Republicans who are delaying the release of the memo to the public.
Why?
Who are the Republicans trying to protect?
