California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D-CA) said during a press conference Thurday that employers in California who cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in their rumored upcoming immigration raids would be prosecuted if they cooperate in a manor that violates California law.

The emloyees will be “sick” that day because they had a 3 day notice of the raid. that is what the california law is about and what this criminal AG is reminding employers. if i were an employer now I would ask for legal advice. Being caught in a vice between the feds and state can’t be fun.

The US government needs to declare the state of California is in open rebellion and then send the troops in to arrest and try the state’s leadership for treason.

Illegal aliens ARE registered to vote in California thanks to Motor Voter laws. One of the first acts by Moonbeam II was to allow illegal aliens to get drivers licences here. So they also get to register to vote.
Maybe, just maybe, if ICE can get these illegals out of here we can start electing sane people again.
I cited the state law which applies to employers. It was part of the legislation passed last month and signed by Brown. I cannot tell you how that will work. It is aimed to give illegals a 3 day notice so they can relocate.
