When that didn't work they trotted out the failsafe Sex angle and had vuloptous female Borg 7 of 9 and her ample bullet chested boobs save the day for the series.
As for that pathetic Neelix character I think he portends what the American teenage male now looks & behave like now. I would have just love if someone just kicked him out of the nearest airlock! That alone would have boosted it's ratings.
