President Trump does not have the legal authority to extend the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty beyond the March 5 phaseout deadline he set, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said Tuesday.
She said there are no plans to attempt it, and the Justice Department has said such exercise is unconstitutional.

I call BS.
Obama didn’t have authority to implement DACA, but did.
Trump didn’t have authority to extend it the first time, but did. But given that Trump inherited an unconstitutional system nobody squabbled about his extension, except maybe a few freepers.
So Trump could extend it again, if he wanted to. It wouldn’t be any more unconstitutional than when he extended it the first time. But he shouldn’t because it is unconstitutional and he has given Congress sufficient time to address it.
As Trump knew. He knew Congress couldn’t get a deal
This is Trump playing pin the tail the "donkeys", all of them, on both sides of the aisle.
Along with their mothers and fathers, as well.
I can almost foresee the libtard DEMs scrambling for the White House to see Trump....talk about a crap load of DEMs that would be quickly willing to do the Wall, end chain migration, end the lotto......
Supposedly about 1000 a day are losing their protections now.
YAY!
Yes, exactly right. Chain migration, gotta go!
