I was born in 56 and while growing up witnessed near daily acts of Treason / Sedition by Americans.
I had lost all hope of EVER hearing those words used by an American President.

Article III, Section 3: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort." That's why.
"Treason" is coming close to "racism" as one of the most over-used words in the English language.

perfect - take Strzok out and give him a traitors fate
1. The U.S Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
2. Any law in violation of the U.S. Constitution is null and void, ab initio (from the beginning).
3. Theft under color of law is already a recognized crime (although not very often).
4. EPA law recognizes the concept of joint and several liability (meaning any perpetrator can be required to pay the entire damages. It is not required to prove each perpetrators individual contribution to damages.)
5. If we combine these concepts with a U.S. Supreme Court of the character of the 1865-1868 Radical Republicans, and get 38 states plus 67 Senators, ...
So how do we get to step 5?
