Depends on where you’re at. I’m in Southwest Missouri and it’s just about the friendliest place I’ve been. Even Springfield, which is the biggest town around here is still pretty dang friendly.
Now, KC and St. Louis, not so much but better than the NE USA.
Please please PLEASE differentiate the St. Louis. St. Louis designates the CITY. There is also a St. Louis COUNTY, separate entity altogether, where it is a tad safer than the city.
My sister and her family live in KC. She left Tampa for a job at Hallmark after college and has been there ever since. Her daughter lives in Springfield.
Yeah, they moved to Blue Springs, which I understand is basically Kansas City.
