Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI's probe of Hillary Clinton's email server.
For the first time, investigators say they have secured written evidence that the FBI believed there was evidence that some laws were broken when the former secretary of State and her top aides transmitted classified information through her insecure private email server, lawmakers and investigators told The Hill.
That evidence includes passages in FBI documents stating the "sheer volume" of classified information that flowed through Clinton's insecure emails was proof of criminality as well as an admission of false statements by one key witness in the case, the investigators said.
The investigators also have confirmed that the FBI began drafting a statement exonerating Clinton of any crimes while evidence responsive to subpoenas was still outstanding and before agents had interviewed more than a dozen key witnesses.
Those witnesses included Clinton and the computer firm employee who permanently erased her email archives just days after the emails were subpoenaed from Congress, the investigators said.

I’m watching Laura Ingraham’s show and she mentioned Peter Stroeck to some Dim stooge who said “let’s not go there.”
It hit me right then, I bet Stroeck is the designated fall guy for this whole mess - jail for 3 months probably! All charges dropped against everybody. Typical DC investigation wrap-up.
Think they should be called “smug shots”, since these people seem so sure of being “above the law”!
Oh, this is just more of that silly Russian disinformation.
But why couldn't she use her private email to do all of this but still use the DOS system for legit emails?
Isn’t that amazing? Maybe to provide cover for her illegal activities? Remember, she made some early lame excuse that she didn’t want to have to carry two phones, one for business and one for personal use.
What do you think?
Hillary Clinton is Teddy Kennedy 2.0 and she will end like he did....fat, old, and eventually dies of some disease, while never spending a single moment behind bars for the crimes committed!
If you had watched the Session’s “Recusal Video”, being unaware of who he was, and what was being said, but asked what you made of it, you would think it was a man caught in some dreadful misdeed, and that he was confessing. Sessions looked as if his computer was full of Child Porn, or that they found bodies buried under his house, not that he shook a Russian Ambassador’s hand.
Invest in rope?
p
I think very little of this has ever made sense to me.
The only possible upside I can see to HRC having a private server is keeping her mails from very casual snooping.
The fact that she openly used her personal email address tells me she wasn't trying to hide from anyone marginally competent.
Don't get it.
She set up a private server and conducted State business through it to allow foreign actors, whom had paid her money, to get the info by accessing said server. Had the official business been conducted through secure servers, she would have had to hand over the info directly.
HRC also set up the server to avoid having her emails preserved and archived, as the law requires.
I wonder if the guy who “cleaned” Hillary’s emails off her server KEPT a copy for himself, just as an insurance policy?
The possibilities of criminal trials of Hillary and friends would be unlimited.
Oh, one can dream for the new year.
THAT needs to be on EVERY thread!!
Where do you get that... most conspiracy investigations take years.
EXCELLENT
Serious!
There is no conspiracy theory in either case.
Now might some more charges be added and another trial for those crimes be assembled? That is another story. But they could easily convict Comey & Clinton on just her handling of classified information and his malfeasance in office with regard to that investigation, in the very near future.
Some real geniuses we have up there.
