Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI's probe of Hillary Clinton's email server.
For the first time, investigators say they have secured written evidence that the FBI believed there was evidence that some laws were broken when the former secretary of State and her top aides transmitted classified information through her insecure private email server, lawmakers and investigators told The Hill.
That evidence includes passages in FBI documents stating the "sheer volume" of classified information that flowed through Clinton's insecure emails was proof of criminality as well as an admission of false statements by one key witness in the case, the investigators said.
The investigators also have confirmed that the FBI began drafting a statement exonerating Clinton of any crimes while evidence responsive to subpoenas was still outstanding and before agents had interviewed more than a dozen key witnesses.
Those witnesses included Clinton and the computer firm employee who permanently erased her email archives just days after the emails were subpoenaed from Congress, the investigators said.

Yes. Exactly. They almost installed this horrible narcissist as President. The magnitude of what a disaster his would have been is frightening.
I am so sick & tired of hearing of “more crimes being uncovered.” When will something, ANYTHING be done about it??
If you find a serial killer, you lock them up on suspicion of 1 murder & then try to find out about the other 50 murders they may have committed.
Surely they have found 1 crime they can LOCK HER UP on, while investigating the others. Do they really need to find all 650,000 documents as proof?
How long is this going to go on? This is just an committee investigation. They haven’t even started any prosecutions which will take many many more years.
Why doesn’t anybody focus on WHY she felt she had to use a non-government, insecure, private mail server? That is where the real criminality lies.
Instead we get these investigations of the WHAT being limited to the fact that she did use her own server. Most Americans won’t care that she’s used a private mail server.
I think most Americans would care if they learned that she was using her private server to surreptitiously sell her SOS office for her personal gain, using it to arrange payoffs to Bubba by Russian companies ($500,000 for a 30 minute speech? Come on!), using it to arrange payoffs to Iranian Mullahs, using it to sell out American uranium to the Russians, and using it for fraudulent “charity” scheme.
WHY did she have to use a private mail server. That is where you will find the crimes.
In other news, committee finds where toilet paper should be utilized for best effect and that the appearance of a large glowing ball of fire in the sky coincides with the onset of “daytime”...
