Strange my daughter just got back from 5 months study abroad in Austria. She had zero problems. She took public transportation daily. She traveled to Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovenia without problem. She even took the over night train home from Poland one time when they found bed bugs in the hostel they were staying at---not a problem. In fact, the bed bugs were the largest problem she encountered while away. Must be the magic dirt in those locations

It would have been interesting if this article had said whether the offenders were predominantly of one ethnicity or another.

We are left to speculate as to whether sexual harassment is common among the French, or is caused more by the vast numbers of immigrants.
