Smerconish used to be a conservative talk radio guy in Philly. He turned to the dark side for money. If he were a she, we’d call it prostitution.
Prostitution is gender neutral these days.

YES I remember the change. I watched him on C span licking the elites boots at a party for a book he wrote. Walking around with a drink in his hand and whispering in ears. I knew he had CHANGED!!!
I listened to Smerconish when he was just getting started, for years his schtick was to throw out some issue and pretend he didn't know which side he came down on and ask the callers to weigh in. By the end he'd pretend to get enlightenment and be convinced to the conservative side. Then he read the tea leaves in 2008 and decided the country was going massive shift to left and he jumped in with both feet. He endorsed Obama, mocked Sarah Palin mercilessly, and gave the finger to all his conservative listeners. Then the tea party happened ending whatever lefty uptick there was and he was left dangling in the wind with no audience.
He's a fraud and a phony.
