Former California Atty. Gen. Bill Lockyer is going from enforcing laws against marijuana to legally distributing the drug under the states new rules... As an attorney one would think that Mr Lockyer would understand that the sale of even minute quantities of marijuana is a Federal crime punishable by a year at Club Fed.

It was worth saying twice. The average IQ in legalized states is dropping, and the folk’s that are smart enough to realize the danger and not irreparably damage their mind will be stuck dealing with and cleaning up the mess in the future.
