>>“Team Sedition” is what I call the lot of them.
Comey.
McCabe.
Yates.
Strzok.
Ohr and Ohr.
Priestap (?).
LYNCH.<<

Agreed the last one should be taken as a verb to all of them.

Simple fact. She announced she was not defending Trump’s immigration executive order because it was unconstitutional. She was wrong. After she was canned and the executive order was defended, the Supreme Court found it to be constitutional. Thus firing her for incompetence rather than her defiance would be in order as well.

Sedition exists at the very lowest levels of the federal and state governments.

A legal scholar and Constitutional attorney

While I agree with this guy's sentiments, why does "constitutional attorney" carry any weight with literate Americans. We can all read the constitution ourselves and understand the debate over the rights conferred therein. The art of abstract "Talmudic disputation" otherwise known as hair-splitting is what has eroded our rights and augmented government powers. We know better than anyone when our rights are being violated by an overbearing government and we don't need so-called experts to tell us.

We certainly don't need a constitutional expert to understand the gross illegality, insubordination and collusion and conspiracy agains the president represented by Sally Yates's actions.

Please keep writing Sally Yates. You reinforce our knowledge through your words and actions that you are a creep, who thinks it is ok to disobey a lawful order from the President of the U.S..
We want to know more about orders you carried out working for the Obama Administration. Tell us about the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton Tarmac meeting. Tell us about your interaction with Assistant AG Bruce Ohr, who worked under you. Tell us about your involvement with the Golden Showers Dossier. Tell us about your involvement with Hillary and her campaign. Tell us about your interaction with Nellie Ohr, wife of Bruce Ohr, who worked for Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS. Tell us Sally Yates about your involvement with “the Golden Showers Dossier”.

“Firing offense”? She should go in front of a firing squad, and I’m not exaggerating.

Sally Q. Yates is former acting attorney general of the United States.

Yes, for 10 days from January 20th until she was fired for insubordination on January 30th.

Democratic and Republican administrations alike, at least since Watergate, have honored that the rule of law requires a strict separation between the Justice Department and the White House on criminal cases and investigations.

First, despite the views of this hack the immigration order was not a criminal matter. It was a civil decision, within the discretion of the President, and he exercised that discretion, properly the SC determined.

Second, despite the views of this hack, the DOJ is not an independent branch of government, but one subordinate to the Presidency. Surely, we don't want a DOJ that pursues criminal matter at the behest of the President and despite law and evidence, but who did that? Well, Obama and Clinton, this political hack forgets.
