Under U.S. Treasury policy, tax rates are legal 'minimums'.
She said objecting Democrats and media personalities can send as large a check as they want to the Internal Revenue Service.
"They are free to pay more," she said.

Liberal tax......about time we penalize liberals for their damaging crackpot ideas.
Obama’s should also offer a ‘Liberal Tax” designed for those who understand...”at some point you’ve made enough”....spoken by Obama himself!
ROTFLOL.......anyway to castrate the half/caste Kenyan, I support.
Actually, the Trump strategy of punishing the high tax states is another example of Trump playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers.
He is helping low-tax Republicans in these states make their case in future elections.
While folks around here think many of these states are hopeless that is not the case at all.
Here in CT we elected enough anti-tax Republicans to the legislature in 2016 to repeal the state tax on social security income (for most folks). That was a _huge_ victory that most thought impossible.
Trump gets it—you can’t win big if you don’t think big.
Like they always have but chose not to. They expect everyone else to give more.
.........”If the gop-e were smart, theyd be challenging chuck u and pelozi to do just that! Pay up or shut up”......
“IF” the gop-e were smart .....sadly not too any are quick on their feet!
.....”Try this on them......IRS allows protest of Trumps tax plan by extending current tax rates to anyone who want to pay them.”.......
Love it.....would be great if the news networks carried that...LOLOL!
I like Gregs idea....and run it on all news networks and radio....
“IRS allows protest of Trumps tax plan by extending current tax rates to anyone who want to pay them.”
HOORAY Dana.
The whining ratsocialists never stop. Trump stole ratschumer’s cheese. Chucky’s cheese ALERT!
Democrats don’t want to pay more - they want to make other people pay more.
He really does, President Trump donates his presidential paycheck back to the country.
Why don’t liberals follow his example?
.....” They expect everyone else to give more”.....
Of course...and they take what we do give to line their own pockets.
How do you make a contribution to reduce the debt?
There are two ways for you to make a contribution to reduce the debt:
At Pay.gov, you can contribute online by credit card, debit card, PayPal, checking account, or savings account.
You can write a check payable to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, and, in the memo section, notate that it’s a gift to reduce the debt held by the public. Mail your check to:
Attn Dept G
Bureau of the Fiscal Service
P. O. Box 2188
Parkersburg, WV 26106-2188
I loved it when I read that...had to bring it here!
Would that ‘contribution” be a tax write off? LOLOL
tell the Schumers and Pelosis et al that after they move out of their gated communities, we can discuss open borders........re: gun control legislation:
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
16th & 17th Amendments
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]." Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
... the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Federal Constitution, is in the States, and not in the Federal Government [emphases added]. Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe, 1866. (See about middle of 3rd column.)
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
"The smart crooks long ago figured out that getting themselves elected to federal office to make unconstitutional tax laws to fill their pockets is a much easier way to make a living than robbing banks." me
"Federal career lawmakers probably laugh all the way to the bank to deposit bribes for putting loopholes for the rich and corporations in tax appropriations laws, Congress actually not having the express constitutional authority to make most laws where domestic policy is concerned. Such laws are based on stolen state powers and uniquely associated stolen state revenues." me
Patriots now need to be making sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the 2018 primary ballots and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to D.C. on election day.
And until 17th Amendment is repealed, as evidenced by concerns about the integrity of Alabama's special Senate election, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.
You’re absolutely right.
The Blue states with high taxes are gonna get hurt.
The tax reform will put the pressure on overbloated State taxes.
Jeff Kuhner on Boston’s WRKO predicts Massachusetts is going to have a tax revolt pretty soon.
Between sanctuary cities losing their funding and these tax reform changes, big pressure is on the Governor Charlie Faker in Mass and Moonbeam in California.
Beautiful.
’ Try this on them.
IRS allows protest of Trumps tax plan by extending current tax rates to anyone who want to pay them. ‘
Didn’t want anyone to miss all the great zingers, one liners, and Twitter material on this thread.
Even people who don’t support the Fairtax should use some of these ideas.
Great work, everybody :)
