District Judge Halts Deportation of Criminal Somali Nationals

A United States District Judge has halted the deportation of more than 90 Somali nationals — 60 of which are convicted criminals — back to Somalia following a lawsuit alleging abuse by federal immigration officials. In a ruling this week, a District Judge stopped about 92 Somali nationals from being deported after a class-action lawsuit was filed claiming federal immigration officials mistreated the group of Somalis on a previous deportation effort that was never fully executed.

On Dec. 7, the group of Somali illegal aliens and convicted criminals were on their way to Somalia from Louisiana when they stopped in Dakar, Senegal, and eventually sat on the airport runway for 23 hours before beginning the trip back to the U.S., according to the lawsuit.

In the time waiting to be deported, the lawsuit alleges that immigration officials onboard the flight “kicked, struck, choked and dragged detainees” some of the Somali nationals, with another allegation saying some of the Somali nationals were put into straight-jackets.

“some of the Somali nationals were put into straight-jackets.”

Sadly, I do not believe it, but what a beautiful sight that would have been.

That’s part of the 1250 Obama agreed to. Remember the big blow up between PDJT and Australia right after he took office? That’s them. If it’s down to 200 from the 1250 that’s decent, maybe there is some hope

14: "We should never have brought them back."

Precisely. That was my warning at the time of the SNAFU in Africa.

Our government should have kept the Somalians beyond the jurisdiction of an American judge. I suggested locking them up in Diego Garcia until we could arrange transport to Somalia. Worst case would have been to take them to Gitmo.

I'm no brainiac, but even Helen Keller could have seen this coming from 10,000 miles away. It makes me think this cluster F was intentional on the part of the fifth columnists inside our government …

"On June 17, 2014 the United States Senate voted 98-0 in favor of final confirmation, making Gayles the first openly gay African-American man to be confirmed as a United States federal judge. He received his judicial commission on June 19, 2014.

Darrin P Gayles, Obama appointee."

Not so fast. Don't forget Thelton Henderson.

In June 1980, he was appointed by President Jimmy Carter as U.S. District Court Judge. - Wikipedia, Thelton Henderson

I believe that Henderson is also known to be a rump ranger.

The United States' first black, openly gay male judge
was appointed by Barry Obama.

One more anus that’s going to get reamed by the SCOTUS.

Meanwhile law-abiding Americans are getting reamed by this robed, limp-wristed jackass.

Drop them on an island with one pointy stick and a few hundred hyenas. Entertainment for the whole family.

Confirms what I suspected.

Can a straight white male get a fair trial in “her” courtroom?

The word should be “effect”, not “affect”. To bring into being, not to act upon.

Generally, "affect" is used as a verb and "effect" as a noun. There are exceptions and you rightly point one out.

From: https://webapps.towson.edu/ows/affect_effect.htm

"Effect is sometimes, though not often, used as a verb, meaning "to cause." An example that Towson gives is: "The speaker wanted to effect change in the system." This example's structure/use is similar to the one in question.

Thanks for the correction. Now if we can only get Jim to give us post-post edit capability. LOL!

Have a blessed Christmas and Happy New Year!
