A U.S. judge has declared a mistrial in the case against a Nevada rancher accused of leading a 2014 armed standoff with federal agents in a cattle grazing dispute.
Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the jury Wednesday and faulted prosecutors for what she called “constitutional due-process violations” and failing to properly turn over evidence to the defense.
The decision in the case against Cliven Bundy, two of his sons and another man is the latest in a string of failed prosecutions in Nevada and Oregon against those who have opposed federal control of vast swaths of land in the American West...

First thing he needs to do is file a Civil Suit against Little Danny Love and the Supervisor who turned a blind eye to Love’s actions.

Pigs may fly, too. Our attorney General is Jeff Sessions. He has been very praising of the way the prosecution was handling this case.
The shear magnitude of the children burned alive in Waco ( 24?) brings me such sadness and rage because it was a totally unprovoked attack on a Christian community called Mt Carmel. The FBI illegally used military tanks to fire CS gas explosives into the building housing the children and innocent Christians.
There is a mini series starting Jan 6 on the assault on the church . I am not optimistic that it will fairly cover the facts but I will watch. Many believe that Hillary demanded that the new Attorney General Janet Reno crush the Christians unmercifully. I honestly believe that to be the case.

That is what I thought, also. Need to see it in written form. The Judge was compromised and bailed herself out a few weeks ago. she knows the actions are Civil rights issues which could be beneficial to the Bundys via civil Actions. The lawyers also have a case from the other trial where one was tased. That case has since melted down. I hope the bundys take them to the cleaners.

Thank you God. This almost turned into another Ruby Ridge or Waco, and one guy did get murdered.

He wasn’t murdered. Minutes before he was shot by the cops he told the cops multiple times that they would have to shoot him. If anything, it was suicide by cop.

Lon Horiuchi . What a murdering bastard. Think of it. You have 87 Christians in a commune . To fund the commune they buy and sell guns — TOTALLY LEGAL. They break no laws . They mind their own business in Bible Studies daily. Based on contrived allegations that they might be modifying semis into to full auto— NEVER PROVEN, they burn 87 people alive including 24 children and set up 6 snipers including that bastard to shoot people inside the church. This was the darkest hour in the history of the FBI and that is pretty damned dark.

How many people know that that an Asst Attny General to Janet Reno was ERIC HOLDER and he pressured Reno to go after the people at Waco.
