The conviction rate is a little out of proportion, but the sentencing and the implementation are a model that is OK with me.
They sell poison, a poison that destroys the persons who ingest them, and the society at large. It serves as a deterrent to others who might emulate them.
Agreed. And pot dealers can be animals too.
No such thing is a non violent drug dealer. Unless you’re some schmo that sells to friends and aren’t making a big splash.
To control an area, even a block, demands being ready to use violence.
I’ve seen it in my cab driving days.
But I like the jury of peers and the evidence thingies :)
