Gregg Jarrett: Mueller's allegedly lawless acts have corrupted his probe and demand his removal
Fox ^ | Dec 17, 2017 | Greg Jarrett

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is accused of acting in complete disregard for the law and must be removed. And so, too, must his entire team.

There is devastating new evidence to suggest that Mueller and his staff of lawyers improperly, if not illegally, obtained tens of thousands of private documents belonging to President-elect Trump's Presidential Transition Team (PTT). The material includes emails, laptops and cell phones used by 13 PTT members.

Critically, a "significant volume of privileged material" was taken by Mueller, according to the Trump transition lawyer, and then used by the special counsel team in its investigation. Mueller's staff apparently admits this egregious violation, which the law strictly forbids.

Under the law, the only remedy is Mueller's dismissal from the case.

Another good piece by Gregg Jarrett.

Mueller reminds me of the judge (Edgar Buchanan) in The Comancheros:

“Ain’t no way to do this legal and honest, so we gonna do it illegal and dishonest.”

Obama’s (gag) Ethics Czar Walter Shaub.

"On second thought, firing Mueller Trump would do Democrats a big favor.
Mueller's dug up Democrat crimes we never thought would see the light of day."

It may help his case, but it is not of monetary or special privilege to him personally. It is a time honored way of obtaining testimony against bigger fish.

Promises of money or special privilege to a prosecutor is never seen as pursuant of a conviction.

While you could say a feather in his cap is a personal gain, it’s not really the same thing.

True pundit is saying they have something bad coming out tomorrow in regards to Mueller and the FBI. It will be interesting to see if it is earth shattering.

Mueller and his gang of coup plotters need the be arrested and held incommunicado until such a time as a grand jury can be impaneled.

The charges are sedition and attempting to overthrow the US government.

I smell the foulness of one Barack Hussein Obama in all of this - we all know everything he touches turns to shit - same with Granny Xlinton

He also gets to keep himself at the public trough for some more time. Mueller is not doing this for free even though he is old enough to be getting his gov’t pension. (Which is a couple of good questions)

This means it will be just about impossible for Mueller to make any conviction he might obtain stick because it will be very hard for any member of his team to say he or she did not at least partly rely on illegally obtained materials to make the underlying case. Indeed, that’s how Oliver North beat his Iran-Conra conviction.

Here’s the big irony: Trump’s team is being investigated for colluding with Russia to steal Hillary’s campaign e-mails and leak them. Now the team investigating Trump has stolen Trumps campaign e-mails and is going to start leaking them.

I’ve been struck by how oddly inappropriate it was for Mueller to snag transition team communications—setting the precedent that an incoming administration could never again trust a federal site to manage its communications. IOW, an incentive to seek outside servers and providers (which is really what Crooked Hillary did, after all).

Question: Is this outrageous act by Mueller, preceded by other outrageous behaviors, including leaking and secretly reassigning people to avoid disclosures of bias, a deliberate attempt to get PDJT to fire him?

Imagine the possibilities. If POTUS fires him, the focus of outrage shifts to PDJT, and the debate moves into impeachment territory and riots in the streets. If POTUS does not fire him, the door is open for Mueller to commit even more outrageous acts.

Thoughts?

Investigate Mueller and then arrest him for RICO treason and sedition. No need to fire him.

Criminalize him as he tries to do to others.

It certainly seems so.

I don’t deny what you are saying, but once again it goes to whether this is in pursuit of a conviction, or personal gain.

Money or a pardon would not be in pursuit of a conviction. It could only be seen as a bribe.

That’s probably the legal definition of bribe, not the more generic one.

Okay. Thanks.

Mueller is undoubted shopping for process crimes. Folks have to be very careful right now. Any mistake will be blown out of proportion by Mueller, as the crime of the century.

Trump needs help from congress, specifically Ryan and McConnell. They need to stand up and demand that Trump fire Mueller and start investigating the real criminals.

Right now we have just crickets from them. They are the real problem. If they would wake up and do their duty this would be over in no time. Instead they stay silent, for whatever reason.

This is all in line with the illegal unmasking of anyone connected to the Trump campaign.
