PHOENIX — Doctors found a second tumor in the brain of U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) in the same place as the surgically-removed original growth.
The 81-year-old senator told People magazine he was feeling fine despite the second tumor that was discovered during chemotherapy.

Thanksgiving was only about three weeks ago and he’s worse now.
Yeah...you do NOT find a tumor during chemotherapy. You find a tumor when the chemo doesn’t seem to be working, so you do a scan, or, if your protocol calls for scans every so often to judge your chemo’s efficacy. These people will lie on their deathbeds, rather than tell the truth.

I’ve expressed my feelings about McCain many times, including at his diagnosis. At this point I feel for him and his family. Time is limited at this point. He needs to do his vote for the tax reform and go home afterwards to enjoy what’s left.
Maybe Obama was wrong. Some people can’t ‘have too much money.’
As much as I detest the guy, that’s some bad news.
of course, they didn't expect that so they had to allow the financial meltdown to happen, and Harp, and where that money went nobody will ever really know...
The fact that McCain has not resigned and retired months ago speaks volumes about his character...
He is one of the most powerful men in the country and is no longer qualified to make life altering decisions...
I am assuming you mean the wars Bush, Cheney et al got us into due to a false premise .

Thank you and compassion is what is called for at this time. Also prayers for Senator McCain that he doesn’t suffer as well as for those with a hardened heart that they might find a better perspective. I’m finding that many types enjoy FR including those that talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.

I apologize for not posting the story when it first broke! I was out of town, figured another Freeper would find and post the story.
I’d give them a break. Most people have no idea what cancer treatment entails. I went through it with my mom and then was diagnosed myself 7 months before she died. I’d be sitting in the chemo infusion room, some lady beside me yakking, and I’d ask what kind of breast cancer she has. You’d be surprised how many times I heard I don’t know? It was shocking. The day I was diagnosed I was on my computer doing research. By the time I Had my first oncologist visit there wasn’t a single thing he could tell me. He was shocked and always called me his ‘research queen’.
I wanted to know what I was dealing with so there would be absolutely no shocking surprises.

I saw a BBC show years back titled “Keeping Up Appearances” run rough shod over people and lie about everything, just to make it seem like everything is better than good.
McCain has already been hospitalized. If he comes out it will be with hospice to die. That’s the way it goes.
They found the first tumor in early July. They found the second tumor about a month ago. He’s actively dying at this point.
