PHOENIX — Doctors found a second tumor in the brain of U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) in the same place as the surgically-removed original growth.
The 81-year-old senator told People magazine he was feeling fine despite the second tumor that was discovered during chemotherapy.

The republicans will not unify and those who await another Trump sweep in 2018 are in for a dose of reality. I have been in favor of a Conservative party. I will follow a leader who takes us in that direction, including Trump.

I do not think the insults are relevant. The hate him for whatever he says or does. They bashed him for having two scoops and he never said a word. They hate him because he is an outsider and not in “the club”.
I am here in Alabama FRiend...living right here where an outsider, who never called anyone a name, was told he was just that and not welcome in “the club”. And that was BEFORE Trump endorsed him.

I have great contempt for John McCain but do not wish this ending on him. I hope he recovers, but he will not. This is a sad ending for a great warrior but deeply flawed man.

This POTUS beat and won over 16 other candidates in the Primaries..so he gave them nick names...So did GWB hand out nick names...DOES ‘TURD BLOSSOM’ come to your memory bank? Jeb Bush was spending money like a drunken Sailor, and not on his campaign, but to destroy DJT ...jeb was insanely jealous. and he lost early in the game..
I voted and supported Republicans all my voting years, 57 years...and DJT won with me because he was NOT a Professional, Lying, Politician. and he has done FANTASTIC almost totally on his own, and he will get our vote again, if he decides to make a second run..

I'm so sorry, my condolences to you. The surgeons were able to operate on my Sister, but they told us once they got in, they found that the tumor had spidered out into her brain, so they couldn't get it all. She got chemo and full radiation afterwards and it extended her life, but at the end in hospice, it was pretty bad for her. I lost my Wife to cancer this past June. Lost my Mom to cancer when I was 2 1/2, so cancer has taken a toll on my family, especially to the women I loved, my Mom, my Sister and my Wife. Cancer sucks!
So hard to follow my own advice and not go low by trashing him at his lowest moment - but those of us who have watched loved ones suffer and die from cancer (and seen the terror in their eyes when they realized their brain was being affected) know better than to drop into that vile cesspool.
He may not make it to the vote. My dad died of same. Last time I got to speak with him was on a Friday afternoon. He sounded good, clear-headed. We shared a few heartwarming chuckles. The very next day, he went right down, no more talking, just down he went. Ten days later he was gone.

It sure does!! So sorry for your losses. Cancer took my believed grandmother, my mother, and one of my best friends. As much as we may dislike McCain, we should hate cancer more. Just my thoughts.

The average life expectancy for this stuff is 12-15 mos. Sounds like McCain is right on track.
