Democrats' shocking victory in the Alabama Senate special election undoubtedly has raised their potential list of seats they might win. If they can win in the Deep South, they can win anywhere.
High on the list of reach targets is Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who is up for re-election in 2018. Hillary Clinton did quite well in Texas, only losing by 9 points (better than she did in Iowa) — as compared to nearly 28 points in Alabama. What's more, Democrats have a solid candidate in the form of Rep. Beto O'Rourke from El Paso.

Cruz has sex problems too. Since he is so valuable to us today, he should get ready. Make peace with the wife, plan to tell the truth, even divorce if he needs to.
What really bothers me is that powerful men follow their c***s, which I guess is understandable in some way, but they don’t OWN UP TO THAT TRUTH about the human male condition. Admit it, powerful men, you have access to lots of hot sex. It is DIFFICULT for men to resist it. Many fall.

Being in the public eye is clearly not his forte. He’s too gawky, awkward and weird. That’s quite a liability for an erstwhile politician. He shouldn’t have burned his bridges with Trump so he could land a nice permanent Supreme Court gig largely out of the public eye but oh no, he had to go all wackadoodle with the “VP” Snarly Figurina in a bid to steal convention delegates. That, in the mind of any sane person was just flat weird and I’m surprised he still has the political support that he does. Oops, he forgot he was a Canadian citizen, Mr. Constitution my butt. He makes Roy Moore look utterly normal by comparison.
The reason Hillary came so close to Trump in Texas was because of all the Bushies voting for her.
Cruz is safe as long as he doesn’t insult Trump.

I’d have been willing to give him the benefit of the doubt if he gave a little more convincing defense of himself. I’d have voted for him anyway over Jones or any of the communists, but it’s counterproductive to lie to ourselves about why he lost.
We’ll get Mo Brooks in there for Trump’s second term, so let’s pick ourselves up and demolish them next November.
I not going to argue the fact the establishment republicans are snakes baring that Ted will be fine. Despite what some freepers think Ted has a very good relationship with president Trump. I would have voted for Judge Moore but he was a not that well liked in Alabama.They did not like him as much as they hated Mitch McConnell.
