Melissa McCarthy and Jennifer Aniston have dealt climate skeptics a blow from which they may never recover
a sketch on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday suggesting that not believing in climate change is the same as not believing in gravity.

What they believe is that there needs to be a committee of enlightened individuals who get to rule on every business transaction as to whether or not it will hurt the environment. That is what they really want.
Shut up and put on a tight sweater (just the skinny girl please).
We do not deny that global warming started over 20,000 years ago and the ocean levels have been rising. But it is not man made.
I was a skeptic....Now I’m in FULL DENIAL.
Such scientific expertise
We know who ate the giant marshmallow on ghost busters.
Wow. They’re scientists? Who knew?
LOL! I think that was on Oprah she said that, and if I remember, the people sitting around her didn’t even bat an eye after she said it, as if it was completely logical. “George Bush will legalize rape” yes yes, hmm hmm.
Global Cooling and Global Warming were disprovable when none of their predictions came true. This is why they have now switched to Global Climate Change. It is a hypothesis that can never be proven false.
Is it warmer than usual today? It is because of Global Climate Change.
Is it colder than usual today? It is because of Global Climate Change.
Is it wetter, dryer, windier, less windy, cloudier, less cloudy? It does not matter! Whenever bad weather strikes anywhere in the world it is because of Global Climate Change.
The only solution is more taxes and government control of the economy.
That is perfect, wow!
Ironically - Gravity is a poorly understood phenomenon. We KNOW what it is and how it works and such - but no one really knows WHY it exists the way it does or if it’s really as much of a constant as we assume it to be.
More importantly - it’s a TESTABLE thing.
Climate change is not testable, the theories are non-sensical (temperatures have remained stable as carbon levels have risen over the last 10 years and they have to keep revising why that is) and, most importantly, it’s a POLITICAL cause - not a scientific one as all the solutions are socialist or political in nature.
Also note that neither McCarthy or Aniston will reduce their carbon footprint to stop the disaster they think is occuring - it’s up to the OTHER people to make those sacrifices.
Where I live at one time had an ice sheet 2 miles thick, another time it was 300 feet under ocean water. Way before people were driving cars.
These airheads also believe an abortion is a mass of protoplasm.....
.......and men like Franken, Conyers, Lauer and Rose supporting abortion are defending “women’s rights.”
I love that word ‘beclown’. It fits so well.
Chart of global warming in 300 year cycles from Martin Armstrong, also showing that empires peak during the peak of global warming and then decline into cooling cycles.
We are now in a cooling cycle.
Re: The brain trust of the US has spoken.
My exact thoughts as well.
When I want to know about science I always consult the entertainment industry. Celebretards always are in the know. I really don’t know why anyone even goes to college anymore. Just watch late night tv shows and read celebrity magazines and listen to the wisdom of actors and other entertainers, and you will know anything worth knowing.
When they take one look in the mirror gravity rears it’s head.
I think we could bet big money that neither of them could even attempt to explain this standard equation regarding gravity.
We all know PHDs who think like idiots.Formal education does not imply basic intelligence or good, common sense.
What you posted about common sense may well be true, however one does not typically seek out the opinion of someone with no formal training on any sort of technical matter, of which climate science would be included. I think it is quite proper to point out the fact that these two women have no education beyond high school, yet display the arrogance and condescension to mock the very Trump voters you mentioned just because they dont agree with their opinion, which of course puts them in the in group and makes them feel oh so superior.
Just watched a movie staring Richard Dryfuss from 2009 or maybe 08. Anyway, they had an interview with him and man did he ever come off sanctimonious and dumb. He seemed to contradict himself all over the place. He also admitted that he took the movie because “good roles” don’t come his way often. It was a very dull movie about a lighthouse keeper
