IIRC she’s already under two of them atm. So what’s another one if she’s about to lose it already.
egg all over face
Not to be snarky, but maybe Deace should research and find on what grounds someone can file a complaint, and then file one himself.
She said she never asked. Well, that's her job. And as any good attorney will tell you...I don't like surprises.
She wasn't diligent and didn't do what an ordinary person should do.
I do hope she loses her license.
But this is all BS....the real test of the case is her memory of an event which apparently never existed....and event designed to take down a political candidate. It was deliberate and with malice.
I understand that he is suing. Maybe her admission is part of the suit.
Bet she wishes she never started this.
She can run around calling herself "Nelson's attorney" in all these media appearances, and she may even have a formal engagement contract as Nelson's attorney, but from everything I've seen she's been nothing more than a PR hack for Nelson up to this point.

Yeah, sure. But here is his lead-in. Reasonable people can certainly disagree on whether or not they believe the allegations leveled against U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore. Certainly not!
Love Deace. Great podcast!
The writer is totally ignorant of how the legal profession works. Ethics investigations are carried out at the state level, not by a small, national voluntary organization. Deace is an embarrassment to himself and his employer.
The ABA has no authority to disbar this unethical political hack. That authority lies with the bar association(s( where she is licenced.
I would hope that on Wednesday morning, Roy Moore’s attorneys make the formal complaint.
I heard Deace, with my own ears, say that Hillary would do less harm to the country and “the church” than Trump.
She’s licensed in the “cereal “ state. She should be disbarred, but that ain’t gonna happen.
