Brailsford orders Shaver, 26, to lay face-down in a hallway and refrain from making sudden movements - or risk being shot. He also orders a woman in the hallway to lie on the ground. Shaver is seen complying with the officer's order to put his hands on top of his head and cross his left foot over his right foot.
"Young man, you are not to move. You are to put your eyes down look down at the carpet you are to keep your fingers interlaced behind your head you are to keep your feet crossed," Brailsford says. "If you move, we are going to consider that a threat, and we are going to deal with it and you may not survive it, do you understand me?"
"Yes sir," Shaver says.
Brailsford then orders the woman to kneel, put her hands in the air and crawl towards officers. Officers then apparently handcuff her out of the view of the camera.

How is this anything other than straight up execution? What is wrong with juries today?
Disgusting.
Simon Says with bullets.
That’s what I thought.
Cops always talk about how stressful their job is. And they’re right.
But it is also stressful to have a cop’s gun pointed at you. And when a person is under that sort of stress, it’s easy to misunderstand commands, and to move a bit differently than the cop wants you to.
And that’s evidently what happened here. The suspect got confused, and he didn’t move (crawl, actually) so smoothly. So he was shot to death. Yeah Nick, I agree with you. That guy was murdered.
If a cop is this scarred, he should not have a gun. Cops need to make good decisions. This cop was a frightened loser, who killed a guy because the cop did not know what he was doing. And was too afraid to handle the situation correctly.
Its because of cops like this that many people don’t trust any cops.
The officer told him he was going to kill him and he did. It wasn’t even whether the officer was threatened, it was some kind of perceived obedience. I don’t think the most law-abiding of any of us could have done any differently.
Is there a way to get his address to MS-13 for a visit?
And how many friendly, harmless, tail wagging family pets?
Be sure and thank the men in blue for their service. And i used to be one. Something has changed and it is very black.
Just give him a year.
In General Population
> I dont think the most law-abiding of any of us could have done any differently. <
You’re right. The cop told the suspect to start crawling. The suspect started to crawl. The cop then shot the suspect to death. But I guess the cop “felt threatened.” And the stupid jury bought it.
And as you noted, that could happen to any of us. Cop stops you on the street. You reach for your ID. Cop feels threatened. Cop shoots you dead.
And I don’t mean black people.

Usual suspects...,DEMOCRATS,
“Is there a way to get his address to MS-13 for a visit?”
Hopefully they have it already. He would look smashing with a Columbian nectie.

He was found not guilty by a stupid jury. Wouldn’t it be ironic if one of the juror’s later ends up “threatening” this cop? And by “threatening”, I mean following the cop’s instructions, and then getting shot anyway.
That gangbanger was just salivating to shoot someone
“Cops always talk about how stressful their job is. And theyre right.”
All the more reason they shouldn’t hire such collosal losers like this filthy prick. Nice going Mesa chief of police. Why dont you go down to Mexico for a dinner out since you are so close?
