Yes, and Gloria just alleged that the full signature was signed by Roy Moore when it clearly is part of the forgery part. And while I am on it, if the document is altered, it is all a forgery, although very good forensic analysis may be able to place which part was done before the other part.
I want to see the ethics committee send the document to be analyzed and the full scope of what she did be exposed. And at the same time get Gloria on record as to what she was told and when the added part was made. I believe she wants us to believe the added part was done when she “worked” at the restaurant but it very likely was done at the time her divorce papers were sent to her, because that is when she would have seen Roy’s full business signature. Which she tried to copy and Gloria says was signed by Moore.
This should be enough to charge Gloria with suborning
perjury.
My guess is that something will occur after the election (like a wild fire in Gloria’s office or the like so that the evidence never is allowed to be analyzed.
Moore’s lawyer should immediately go to court and go on record as requiring careful maintenance of the yearbook as evidence.
Moore should announce that as soon as McConnell swears him in, he will request McConnell annunce an investigation by the ethics committee and that the yearbook be sent to an outside forensics firm, approved by both parties, for analysis.
More likely it was added after Corfman's accusation made news. Nelson would have had no reason to do it when he was running for office in Alabama, even if she still held a grudge about the divorce ruling. But the attack on Moore was already underway. We're in the destroy-Trump era now, and the Senate race is a national race, and it is important to both the Trump agenda and the Trump haters.
Maybe Moore did write the inscription and sign it "Roy" when she worked at the restaurant. But how do you prove it was THAT Roy, at THAT restaurant. I wonder if she first took it to the Washington Post and they said, "Can't use it, doesn't prove anything." So she consults with Allred who says something like, "If it only had his last name..." and Nelson remembers, "Hey, his last name is on my divorce papers." So they concocted to add his last name, the date, and the location. The date and location were ooooooverkill -- tailoring their "evidence" to match up with what was already out. But who signs a yearbook and puts where they are when they sign it?
Nelson is so blinded by her mission, she cannot see how she looks to others, and Allred doesn't care.
