Well, there is the theory that Mueller wants to be fired in order to pave the way for Leftist Outrage and an attempt at impeachment.

“Hey, where is that Red Line? I need to step over it.”

Keep it up, Mueller, you’re sure to find Trump jaywalked once back in 1976.

He has the authority to fire Robert Mueller, or more accurately to order Rod Rosenstein to do so, but that puts Trump in position for an impeachment — especially if Rosenstein refuses

Does he have the constitutional authority to do so? Then he should do it and let them even try to impeach him on complete BS. This is a witch hunt in every sense, they know damn well this Russia collusion crap is just that: complete crap, this has been going on all year and they do not have one scintilla of evidence. It is impeding upon the Presidents DUTY to the country and they are using this Hillary invented hoax to appease their globalist masters who do not give one flying F about this country. Imagine that! They are investigating his finances while the Clinton money laundering foundation continues to be ignored!

If Trump fires Mueller or Sessions, the house will truly try to impeach him. All of the dems, and probably 40 republicans, will vote in favor of it. They hate him that much.

Congress is the answer, though. Congress needs to call for the firing of Mueller, and if that fails, call for the resignation of Sessions. If Congress gets loud enough, Sessions will do it. Then Trump can appoint any of his cabinet to fill the AG position until the Senate approves a replacement.

Gaw...0bama and Hillary really made a mess for Trump.

Is there anyway ‘we the people’ can get this charade shutdown? Seriously. I mean through congress or something?

This has gone way beyond a joke. It is an aggravation to the nation.

Trump’s best move at this point would be to fire Jeff Sessions and insist that his replacement start a parallel investigation of Hillary and the Clintons.

As soon as a similar move was made to subpoena those finances we’d likely have a stand-down due to Mutually
Assured Destruction.

The impeachment "way" has already been "paved." Trump must fire Sessions, Mueller and Rosenstein - and accept the 'Rat/Media fallout.

War is hell.

That’s just it. Years ago I saw a factiod that anyone at any time can be found guilty of a crime...in fact several a day if one looks hard enough.

This whole thing is illegal as Mueller didn’t have a crime to investigate in the first place.

In this twisted world, it’s at least possible, because they have nothing else, that they are trying to troll Trump, hoping that he fires Mueller.

Trump should leave Mueller in place but appoint a special counsel to investigate the Justice Department and the FBI. There is ample evidence that there was widespread corruption in both agencies.

Was equal scrutiny made regarding Comey's cozy ties to Clinton banking issues?

:::::CRICKETS:::::

HSBC Holdings

In 2013, Comey became a board member, a director, and a Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee member of the London bank HSBC Holdings.

“Mr. Comey’s appointment will be for an initial three-year term which, subject to re-election by shareholders, will expire at the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting,” according to HSBC company records.

HSBC Holdings and its various philanthropic branches routinely partner with the Clinton Foundation. For instance, HSBC Holdings has partnered with Deutsche Bank through the Clinton Foundation to “retrofit 1,500 to 2,500 housing units, primarily in the low- to moderate-income sector” in “New York City.”

New York? Comey? Clinton? Deutsche Bank? Is there a lame tie to the Trump Empire? Sounds like a stretch...

If Mueller is playing the game this way that proves he has nothing on Trump and this is a way of trying to force Trump to blow up the investigation so they can make more political hay out of this claim Trumps Presidency is invalid.

In any event - this investigation is no longer about truth seeking or justice but a political witch hunt that must be shut down for the good of the Republic.

Otherwise the Dems will destroy this nation.

All of us who have ever tried to navigate the tax code when itemizing or filing business info know that decions are made “to the best of my knowledge “.

If someone wanted to target an error or even a so-called “lie” about a deduction or error, then they could do it.

Take the 5th. Don’t talk to those people. They are the gestapo.

That’s exactly what Trump’s next move should be.
