curious if any of the 85 who vote d for impeachment today were at the white house congressional dinner last night

also wondering how many boycotted the event last night.

Looking for a list of those who voted impeachment and wondering if any of the black members voted no.

racial lines drawn?

Dolly, it was 58 who voted for impeachment not 85. You reversed the numbers.

Here is a list of the votes at this link.

Actually they didn't vote to impeach. This is what they voted on.

"A total of 238 House Republicans voted to table the privileged resolution – in effect, killing the measure – and they were joined by 126 House Democrats, who also opposed it."

Talked to my daughter and grandson. My grandson is pretty traumatized over the fire. Five of his friends lost their houses, and one of them had horses and other animals that they didn’t have time to save. Two of my granddaughters friends lost their houses. My ex SIL’s house was saved but his neighbors house gone. He is watering down the roof and exterior all afternoon and the fire isn’t contained and they may have to evacuate again. At least the kids are back home with mom and it doesn’t look like they may be in danger but my grandson is so scared he’s getting his prized possessions ready to take just in case. Poor kid, he will probably never forget this. He said everything was hot and red and ash all over the place and buildings falling down the hill.

Oh my gosh, Rusty.

Those poor kids.

I’m glad to know that they’re all safe but, still, how sad and scary.

You must be hurting, knowing that they’re so upset.

*hug*

Thank you. My grandson is such a loving person, he’s twelve years old. He is so concerned about his friends. He said one of his friend’s grandma thought she was back in WWII.

I’ve met some eastern Europeans around there so maybe she came from there. One of my daughter’s friends is Armenian. I met his parents a couple of years ago when I went for Christmas and the dad was telling me, crying about the Muslims going door to door killing them, and they killed his brother, wife and kids.
