The Justice Department is considering bringing federal charges against Jose Ines Garcia Zarate after his not guilty verdict in the Kate Steinle murder trial, department officials told Fox News on Friday.

Kate Steinle’s life was sacrificed at the alter of the Democrat strategy to flood America with illegal immigrants who are most likely to succumb to government dependency and vote Democrat, thereby creating a permanent, monolithic majority voting block and Democrat ruling class. And, everyone knows it!
If you don’t believe me, ask yourself this simple question: What would be the Democrat’s reaction if America was being flooded with illegal immigrants from conservative European countries like Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Armenia, Croatia, Lithuania and Austria?
You already know the answer. They would go completely berserk, and demand that it cease immediately. Democrat central planners couldn’t care less about who is murdered along the path of their quest for permanent controlling power. Innocent deaths are just an inconvenient byproduct of totalitarianism. This is what they want for America — without openly admitting it, and the media provides their cover. In the 20th-Century, Stalin’s purge was much more flagrant in his pursuit of consolidated power, but the only difference between the two is the degree of scale.
So you believe the feral government never violates the US Constitution?
You can always move out of shitty Cal. Then you would support a wall. ð
> I want that little faggot to fry, but double-jeopardy is unconstitutional... <
You’re right. Giving the Fed’s a second bite of the apple is terrible in every case, including this one. The best outcome at this point would be for the judge gives the murderer the max on the gun charge. He was at least convicted of that.
But I doubt if that would happen. Can’t upset La Raza! I predict he’ll only get three or fours years on the gun charge. And that’s it.
I did not say that.
The most obvious federal charge would be felony return after deportation (five counts) which would not involve double jeopardy.
The Rodney King retrial was unconstitutional. The only reason the DOJ got involved was because they didn’t like the result of the first trial.
Actually there is a Federal exemption.
Civil Rights action is highly possible.
L
The Rodney King cops were charged with violating King’s civil rights under color of law, pursuant to 42 USC 1983.
The scumbag who killed Kate Steinle was not acting under color of law.
Can you show me where that “exemption” appears in the US Constitution?

Now just who stepped on your tail? Besides being in Illinois you have no standing because on the list of $hit hole states, Illinois is #1. At least we in CA have an economy and can still pay our bills, and we will never have an Obama “P-resendential” Library to stink up one of our major cities.
BINGO!!!! SUGGESTION of the day!!
‘When the five cops were acquitted in the Rodney King beating, the Bush Justice Dept. rushed to indict them and get them convicted and imprisoned on violations of federal civil rights laws. If the citizens of San Francisco who served on this jerkpot jury saw to release this trash into society, the feds should use the King case as an example, arrest him before he can get across the border.’
EXACTLY. Charge him with violating Steinle’s civil rights. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
Yep.
Leftists will run to back the killer.
Rest of America will see who is in their side and who is okay with them being murdered.
Were you the jury foreman?
That’s a good insight. Everyone who is comfortable with open season on citizens by foreign invaders will whine about double jeopardy. Everyone else will cheer. [Though a federal charge of depriving a person of their civil rights is NOT the same as a murder charge.]
These were State charges. The Feds are free to file Civil Rights charges. DJ doesnt apply.
