Birmingham, ALABAMA Court documents related to Tina Johnson, an Alabama woman who claims that Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore groped her in his office decades ago, may raise questions about Johnsons motives in making the accusation. The documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that Moore represented Johnsons mother in a nasty custody case for Johnsons then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moores client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnsons mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case.
One affidavit signed by Johnsons mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a violent nature and noted that she has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age. Johnson was a teenage mother.
Separate criminal documents show that, as late as 2010, Johnson was arrested and pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member. She also entered a court drug program.

Waiting for the left to accuse of going after the victim in ...
I’m to the point where I’m considering moving to Alabama just so I can vote for Roy Moore.
This is so tiring, when is the stupid election, let the voters decide.
If I were Ted Cruz...I would immediately endorse Judge Roy Moore and apologize for my declaring him guilty without one iota of proof that he had done anything wrong. Also...if POTUS, Trump is a profile-in-courage, which I personally believe he is, he should get on down to Alabama and host a massive political rally supporting Judge Roy Moore.
As for McConnell, McCain, Flake, Graham, Corker, Collins, etc.,...to me they are all turncoats and traitors, useless, evil, hateful, human beings and full bore, hate Trump, Swamp Creatures.
——teenage mother——
who was the teen age father?
Sexual molestation at a young age leads to a lot of problems later in life.
December 12.
Thank you. I can’t make the deadline but I can make a second donation to the Moore campaign. I spent two days in Alabama just last week.
In the meantime, the GOPe still shuns Moore and pretends he is guilty despite the false tales of his accusers collapsing left and right in fraud. The injustice of it all is outrageous.
I hope he wins and goes to The Swamp. It will be fun to watch the chicken-livered GOP squirm and the Dims squeal like the pigs they are.
TCruz thinks he’s a shoo-in for 2018, but he may not be aware how early and hard the Democrat is organizing against him.
It’s not news until it’s being reported on CNN.
“If I were Ted Cruz...I would immediately endorse Judge Roy Moore and apologize for my declaring him guilty without one iota of proof that he had done anything wrong.”
At one time, up until middle of March 2016, I was a Cruz man, but then he made a lot of mistakes in judgement and I became a Trump man. Cruz bothers me like Newt Gingrich bothers me. I like him one minute and then he turns around and says or does something that pisses me off. Cruz coming out against Roy Moore is an example.
We're looking for a Representative - NOT a person who can ‘fit into ‘ the drawing rooms of DC elites.

I agree with you about both Cruz and Newt.
Both come across as a little too calculating and self-serving ... and somewhat unfamiliar with the idea of loyalty.
So one of Moore’s accusers was a loser in a divorce before him as judge. Another one was a loser in a case where he was the lawyer for the other side.
Looks like the democrats have scraped the bottom of the loser barrel for this episode’s* “sexual assault victims”.
(* note that every time a conservative runs for office the democrats trot out a parade of paid accusers against him. You can bet that any accusation made against a conservative is fraudulent at this point.)
Uh,no, they are too busy protecting Franken and Conyers whose sins have been admitted and proven.
