What a bunch of dummies. Other districts have simple falsified the tests. Duh! problem solved.

Not that many blacks can afford to live in SF. Most of them are in Oakland and Richmond.

You can spend all the money in the world, but it will be mostly wasted when you have a culture that doesn’t make education a priority.

Bingo

especially one that says doing well in school is "acting white"

Blacks are raised in one of the worst cultures on earth of their own design; the African-American Urban Culture, where achievement is met with a beat down.

So true. My mother-in-law in San Francisco had black neighbors. It's an upscale white neighborhood. The adult son was complaining to me that his older teen sons would hang around with ghetto blacks, picking up their speech patterns and mannerisms. It wasn't "cool" to be normal and blend in with whites. They'd get angry at dad for trying to make them better citizens. He was fortunate in straightening them out once they reached adulthood, and the boys gave up the bad habits and are now productive parents themselves. They'd all come visit their grandma/great-grandma who remained at the house until her passing a few years ago. Black population in SF steadily declined over last 40 years to about 5 percent, now mostly concentrated in Bayview district but being edged out by asians. That ghetto accounts for much of the crime in the city, free housing for give-me-dats.

Education begins at home. When there is no father and mama doesn’t care, Junior isn’t going to go to school much turn in his homework.

Solve this one easily, expel all non Black students from San Francisco and it's schools, it won't hurt 'em any, educationally.

Since we’re talking California, what are these assessment / learning standards?

Achieving the ability to vote DemoRat without any ID.

I think we need busing.

Oh wait...we already tried that? Well, how about affirmative action?

Aw, crap...that didn't work either?

How about a bottomless pit of money for "special programs"?

That didn't work, either?

Okay, I give up.

Maybe we can elect a black president. That should fix things...

Note to “black” residents of S.F. If you cannot get enough charter schools or vouchers for your kids to leave S.F. public schools, look around the country where jobs and growing and MOVE.

My father grew up in a dirt poor fishing village in the depression and was only able to attend up to grade 8 before having to start working full-time to help the family. He learned more in that one room school than many of today’s kids learn after 12 years in an urban school system. He was fortunate to finish his education after WW2 and became the first person in his entire clan to graduate university. School funding has absolutely nothing to do with achievement, otherwise every home schooled child would be a failure.

Their plan for closing the gap is the same one they have used for the last 50 years! IT DOESNT WORK. It can’t work. They dare not address the real problem which is either black culture, IQ or a combination of both.

Nature vs Nurture
IQ vs Culture
Culture can’t be built or sustained by dimwits
Alas, Nature (genetics, HBD) wins

Mandate that ALL ‘minority’ students read “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind”, then have them discuss how they might emulated him by solving a problem in their own little corner of the world.

Hang, make all the ‘white privilege’ kids do the same, so the don’t get too far behind.
