Less than 48 hours after the death of their teen son in a Taylorsville crosswalk, the Harsh family has a message for the woman accused of driving drunk and killing him.
“The first thought that came to me was, we need to let her know we have no bad feelings,” Lemuel Harsh told 2News Friday afternoon. “She needs to know, and we’re pretty safe in saying Robert would want this.”
The woman that Lemuel and Gina Harsh forgive is Roxanna Molina, 27, who was arrested after fleeing from the Cadillac Escalade that hit Robert Harsh, 19, the night before Thanksgiving.
Nice that would forgive - and I hope the drunk get 5 to 7 for negligent homicide.
My niece had struggled with cancer. She finally got well enough to go to Snow College.
Then some dip ran her over.
I dedicated one of my novels to her memory. Sweet Dee Dee - so much promise....

These people need to actually UNDERSTAND the Word before continually misapplying it. Were you the one who was actually offended? Was forgiveness actually requested of you?
It’s like people who sit on a jury and refuse to convict because they misapply “judge ye not.”

You spend and invest 19 years in raising your son. A drunk driver kills him and you rush out to forgive her? Pure craziness.
Roxanna Molina. Make excuses for her. Sick of the FR crowd that is sooo quick to excuse vehicular homicide by Hispanics and blames the victims for the crime. I just posted an article about a woman pedestrian and two of her children hit crossing a road in Tampa FL. All the FReepers could do were to offer up bullshit excuses for the driver. Why if you don’t do this or do that as a pedestrian you deserve to die in the road. And it’s your fault. What the hell has happened to decency in our society? You people are NUTS justifying some bastard who thinks just like you do, running down pedestrians with a motor vehicle is to him some kind of civil right. You all deserve extinction as a breed if this is what you believe.

Check out 4Runner’s activity on the forum in his profile. You’ll see what he is talking about on the thread about the traffic accident. He is not exaggerating. The comments on that thread are truly, truly appalling.
They should have waited awhile they are possibly still in shock, takes sometime for the whole Death thing to process through brain of the actual loss.
Um, no. If some drunk, hit and run scum killed my kid they’d have to go into hiding.
